The Trowbridge Group has been developing and leasing commercial real estate in the greater Madison area since 1986. Joe McFarland, founder of The Trowbridge Group, started on the ground floor and working his way up, learned building, financing, leasing, and the intricacies of a complex business. The Trowbridge Group specializes in leasing 1,000 to 25,000 square feet of office space and 3,000 to 30,000 square feet for a warehouse or “flex” space.

The Trowbridge Group excels at build to suit projects: We build what you want, then lease or sell the building to you. Sometimes we have a building to lease that’s ready for tenants, or land for sale that isn’t listed. Having been in the business for so long, we know who to ask to find out what’s available. Then we will create a site plan, floor plan, and land evaluation at no cost or obligation to you. We use this information to create a proposal.
